ROMANIAN-ITALIAN RELATIONS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract:

The paper is aiming to analyze the role of the EU in the relationship between Romania and Italy. How do the two countries view their interaction with each other? Does the EU have an influence on the relationship between the two countries? And if it does, to what degree and to what end? The answer to these questions might reveal if anything can be done to improve the quality of the relationship between two countries most similar in language and culture.
